Your Rights as a Data Subject
Right of Access
You have the right to receive confirmation as to whether we are processing personal data about you, and if so, request a copy of this information along with information about the processing.
Right to Rectification and Erasure
If the information we have about you is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected. Under certain circumstances, you also have the right to have your data deleted from our systems ("the right to be forgotten").
Right to Restriction and Objection
You can ask us to restrict the processing of your data or object to specific types of processing, including direct marketing and profiling.
Data Portability
You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format to be able to transfer them to another service provider.
Technical and Organizational Security Measures
Vekstly utilizes modern encryption (AES-256 for storage and TLS 1.3 for transit) to secure all data. We conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify and eliminate potential vulnerabilities in our infrastructure.
